Beautiful setup! It looks like we have the same AR, but I have an integrated carry handle (old school pre-ban Colt style A2) and you have a front foregrip. Does that foregrip help much? I'm considering adding one as well as an Eotech on top of my carry handle, but then I feel I might need a cheek riser.
My foregrip is a bit too bulky, but it def helps keep my hand nice and snug gripping the hand guard. I only put about a quarter of my palm on it, never full grip. Great to leverage on walls and shooting benches.
Im honestly about to take it off completely. Shooting evolves so what you buy today might change the more you shoot. Just keep that in mind.
Old school A2 look is dope....But I’d build a whole new upper and slap an optic on a more modular receiver. Or just keep rocking the irons.
