Take TWO panadol (paracetamol 500mg) which you can buy in the supermarket; generic brand about $2,..then go to bed. This will cut your fever and you'll feel great in the morning. That day tiny sip some 'fire water' (bourbon or gin 37% proof) NO ice; which will help kill the bugs remaining in yr back upper mouth and nostril passageways. Chicken cup-a-soup then bed again. Cured.
Tylenol is the common brand name in the states, generically referred to as acetaminophen.
For fevers I prefer ibuprofen (Advil) but there's zero harm in taking both. Just don't take two different NSAIDS like Advil and Aspirin. Tylenol is not an NSAID so taking that plus Aspirin OR Advil is fine. Ask your Dr he'll say the same thing. Just follow the instructions on the bottle.
Found aspirin and ibuprofen to be useless for fever and pain (though aspirin excellent for blood thinning). I've had probably four fevers over the past 20 years. Just two paracetemol (500mg each) worked every time. Fever gone 8 hours later. Don't even need a follow up. Once I tried to let my body 'heal naturally'--fever lingered for 3 days and didn't improve. Never again.Took the paracetamol. Fever gone that night. [Btw excellent for toothaches as well].

Across all ages, for 95% of people, COVID19 is similar to a flu.
For an unknown proportion of this 95%, some face long-term potentially life-long health issues. We don't know this, and it's a disgrace that the media doesn't ask experts about it instead of looking for scandals around every convenient corner of their narrative.
If you are at-risk and have health issues, it's in your interest to be careful - wash your hands and probably wear a mask. I love Herman Cain, but he was an at-risk guy who succumbed to this terrible disease, and he could have probably been more careful.
For the rest of us if we're healthy, we are probably ok to just get it at some point and move on with life. It's still not completely risk-free, but nothing in life is.
This virus infects the lungs, the liver, the heart and sometimes the nervous system as well. As a result, you can experience symptoms and die in all kinds of ways, not necessary the traditional respiratory failure that accompanies COVID19.
This virus is (most likely) a creation of the Chinese Communist party, created in a lab and designed to spread chaos across the world. It probably won't be the last one. The age of biological warfare is here, and we need to be ready for it.
It upsets me that so many of my fellow centipedes have a very fervent view with regard to masks - it's defensive equipment, I really hope I can change some of your opinions on this. This is the world we live in guys, the CCP is not gonna stop with just one virus, and you can be sure that the fucking swamp is taking notes too. We can celebrate our Sunday Gundays and be ready for the old kinds of wars, but we are in a very different time now, and like it or not, masks are gonna be more and more of a requirement as we enter this new era. I really don't think this is gonna be the last pandemic we see in our lifetimes. We're at war. This time around you can probably get COVID and live, but I wouldn't get comfortable with this idea of being a never masker.

You should really think about this a little deeper. It's not about viruses or masks. It's about dehumanization. So far we have compelled speech, compelled clothing, compelled actions. If we don't stop this madness we can look forward to compelled religion, compelled family planning, compelled vocations, compelled media consumption, etc ad nauseam.
