Any advice? I'm trying to do the same with my kids, but I don't know if it's enough.

For my kids, I mainly tell them to watch what someone says, and then watch what the do, then figure out if they match. If they don't, that's someone you want to be wary of. It was the thing that redpilled me when I was a kid - I noticed there are very few people who have integrity and actually stand behind what they say, and really most will be completely hypocritical in what they say. It seems to work because I've had a few discussions with my son and he was 100% on point at picking these people out.
