Only took a couple elections after mail in voting was implemented before the entire state was under dem control... now its turning into Seattle all over the state.
It's senseless and the only reason to commit such a crime is because of an evil nature. It's not like hikers are carrying loads of cash and these two at their age were hardly a threat to anyone. The democrats are all about protecting criminals. From paying their bail, dropping charges, to denying that a crime is a crime. We keep seeing this with calling riots "peaceful protests" and arson called "climate change."

I know the area. Never hiked that trail though but I'm not shocked. There's lots of meth addicts in Colorado Springs and I knew for a fact there were a lot of sketchy cops involved in drugs.
Oh my goodness. My family and I spent a few days up there a couple of months ago and we stayed less than 3 miles from where this happened. My wife was in love with the area because there was so much hiking.
Colorado Springs is a bastion of sanity in that state I thought too. Good people with nice homes that don’t allow a lot of the other crap going on in Denver to happen. What changed? Why are there homeless camping out on the creek?

Hiking near homeless encampments is like wearing raw meat underwear and going for a swim in crocodile infested waters.
If there are a lot of tents and it's not a camping area, and looks / smells like a third world shit hole, chances are you are near a homeless camp.
