Exactly, in almost every case the shooter is dead or locked up tight. Sometimes it seems so strange that it becomes everyone’s fault and not the shooter. The gun owners themselves and they get shamed for it. That’s why people always cry conspiracy because Dems always use these cases for political power. Never let a good crisis go to waste. Yet when some are looked at it does appear other hands were involved in many of the cases.

The whole “criminal has more rights than the victim” is part of the whole demoralization process.
