I unfollowed NFL on twitter and Instagram, I also unfollowed my favorite teams, I left r/NFL on Reddit, and I threw away all of my NFL merch. I haven't watched an NFL match in almost a year and I feel good about it.

I didn't throw away my sports merch but I do a lot of painting in it.
I’ve had multiple opportunities to watch NFL games at Buffalo Wild Wings or the like with my roommates. Whenever they go I decline and say I have work to do. I will not give my eyeballs to NFL games this year. I’ll just keep up with it through fantasy football.
