I unfollowed NFL on twitter and Instagram, I also unfollowed my favorite teams, I left r/NFL on Reddit, and I threw away all of my NFL merch. I haven't watched an NFL match in almost a year and I feel good about it.

This guy is a spy. No American calls it a football “match”. If you’re going to watch, at least use a stream so they don’t get any ad revenue
