If he has 1% lung damage that will be the new narrative.

“President Trump scarred for life by COVID-19 after reckless behavior. Is he fit enough to be on the ballot?!”

I have lung damage from valley fever when I moved to Arizona as a kid. The narrative of lung damage is retarded. Any affliction that involves the lungs can cause scarring. Whoopity doo.

The liberals will go on and on about him having lung damage while they’re vaping and chain smoking cigarettes

And they were completely fine with Obama smoking weed and Kools menthol cigarettes.

I substitute a vape for cigarettes. My doctor told me they aren't good for you either but they are at least 95% safer than cigarettes. I've come to prefer them, except for when I drink bourbon.

water only fasting is not too difficult if you start with intermittent fasting, which will help you realize that your body actually likes to fast and appreciates it. once you're used to skipping 1-6 meals, then go for something longer than 3 days. use bone broth as a crutch to overcome headache... on day 4, if you don't feel great, break the fast. Most people will feel great on day 4, then go as long as you feel great. I've done 18, and broke it only because Thanksgiving. My first fat happened to be the 8 day one. A couple days after I went for a jog, and went 10 MILES, whereas my whole life I could not run a mile because of the lung damage. I ran so much in those weeks following my fast that I damaged my feet and then had to use crutches for 4 weeks. So be careful!

My life is remarkably improved since practicing intermittent fasting daily and working out fasted.

Try it for a day. Then two. Then three. Very easy, and safe if short term. One day fasts are a good way to reset after a huge bingey family meal.

That's amazing. How do you survive with no water for that long?

sorry, meant to say "water only fast"!

I had a pretty bad case of pneumonia when I was in kindergarten, so I probably have a good amount of scaring in my lungs, and I can breathe just fine!

I had a friend who died from valley fever when he moved to Albuquerque after college back in the early 80s. Like SARS CoV2, like the flu, people vary in their response to viruses.

I'd still rather take my chances with the virus than hide in my basement!

That's nuts. I was 13 when I got it. I developed walking pneumonia but my body was already fighting it so I didn't need to do anything. I got a small bladder infection from it, that's the only reason my Mom took me to the hospital and I found out. Viruses definitely effect people different.
