"Popcorn lung" (caused by inhalation of diacetyl) has never been found in vapers, not even in smokers, and tobacco contains literally hundreds of times more of it. So even if popcorn lung was a concern, vaping would still be better than smoking.
"Vaping illness" end of 2018, with 2500+ cases and about 60 deaths only existed in the US. It turned out this wasn't caused by "normal" vaping, but by the vaping of black market THC cartridges that made their way into dispensers and were contaminated with vitamin E acetate (Which makes the liquid thicker, which is said to show it's more potent). vitamin E acetate is an oil and inhaling oil fumes is well established as a bad thing.
I would also like to say that no, vaping isn't getting scores of youth addicted to nicotine. The high percentages they show us are actually of youth who say they TRIED it, which is of course something very different. non-smokers RARELY become regular vapers. The youth that regularly vapes will go back to much more harmful smoking if you take that vape away.
Edit: Just to clarify, if you don't smoke then DON'T start vaping. It's healthier than smoking, but not healthier than not vaping.
water only fasting is not too difficult if you start with intermittent fasting, which will help you realize that your body actually likes to fast and appreciates it. once you're used to skipping 1-6 meals, then go for something longer than 3 days. use bone broth as a crutch to overcome headache... on day 4, if you don't feel great, break the fast. Most people will feel great on day 4, then go as long as you feel great. I've done 18, and broke it only because Thanksgiving. My first fat happened to be the 8 day one. A couple days after I went for a jog, and went 10 MILES, whereas my whole life I could not run a mile because of the lung damage. I ran so much in those weeks following my fast that I damaged my feet and then had to use crutches for 4 weeks. So be careful!
Same. We don’t need breakfast. I do 21/22 hour fast everyday. I hate eating during the day. Biggest scam ever was convincing ppl they needed multiple meals per day, especially w our diets being such shit and high sugar. I love working out fasted. Could never go back to “normal” eating habits.

That's nuts. I was 13 when I got it. I developed walking pneumonia but my body was already fighting it so I didn't need to do anything. I got a small bladder infection from it, that's the only reason my Mom took me to the hospital and I found out. Viruses definitely effect people different.

Try it for a day. Then two. Then three. Very easy, and safe if short term. One day fasts are a good way to reset after a huge bingey family meal.
