100% correct. There is no such thing as an illegal firearm in the U.S. We are supposed to be armed to the teeth with military grade weapons so that when the President calls for a Militia to help fight we are very well prepared to answer the call. This was from a time when 1) it would take days if not weeks to spread the word that someone is invading and 2) it would take even longer to distribute guns and ammunition to people ready to fight. Having people stock their OWN guns and ammo is what it is all about. I don't understand how judges can swear to support and defend the constitution and then rule the exact opposite.
