Too late for HCQ, I'd imagine. It's gotta be taken super early, basically as a prophylactic, because it helps zinc enter the cells to fight off replication (which usually happens before symptoms). He's entering the inflammatory stage now where the virus did its thing and now the immune system is the enemy
