I did not vote for Trump in 2016. I've always voted Republican, even had the misfortune of having to vote Romney in 2012. In 2016 I thought Trump would never get the nomination, I voted for Cruz in my state's primary. I was devastated when Trump won the nomination. My issue with him was that he was a reality TV star and would make a mockery of our highest office. I was torn, I would never vote for a Democrat but for the first time in my life, I considered it. If Hillary wasn't such a crooked bitch, I might have done it. I knew Trump would win my state, so I ended up writing in Cruz for the election. I couldn't bring myself to vote for who I thought was a joke at the time. Even though I have always been a Republican and have voted in every election since 2008, my red-pill moment was the Kavanaugh confirmation. That's when I first saw what the democratic party was about, they're an evil organization that will do anything for power. It disgusted me... what they put that man through. Ever since, I have followed politics in much greater detail. I realized what Trump was about, he's not a joke, he's the greatest President we've ever had and I mean that with great sincerity. Pedes, I have realized my mistake in 2016. I will not make that mistake in 2020. I will crawl through broken glass to cast my vote for Trump, I've told everyone who will listen to vote for Trump. Trump will win. Just wanted to get this off my chest. Trump2020

This!

Don't assume we have it in the bag, keep registering! The dems WILL cheat!

We need to make sure that we are getting more conservatives to register to vote and Dems who are leaving their party, do not overlook them a lot of blue dogs are not happy with their party anymore:

I've seen some and im always highly suspicious because they all sound exactly like democrats that are lying to people they don't know that they are a "republican" and "hate trump" as a potential way of sounding relatable 🙄

I'm sure there's probably a handful of weirdos out there that flipped from right to left but they aren't very bright even if they're telling the truth about what they believe 😂

What people here need to realise is that people like me, we have entirely left leaning families and the repills go different speeds. Some people listen, some don't listen at all. For me its been years of slight repills just to get my family to identify as independents yet 99% of what they believe is still liberal brainwashing. So every person is unique. Dont forget even Jesus said the churches would turn satanic basically. Dont ever trust someone just because they say they're a trump supporter, or an independent. Hell there's literally democrats for trump. Im even still a registered dem. Its all about what you believe in exactly between what is right and wrong more than it is the label you give yourself. Theyre people who are going to tell you theyre democrats but they might be against abortion and against illegal common sense gun control at the same time other democrats will be out there basically chanting "death to whites" although using more subtle words like "i thought you cared about black people?" Or "accept your privilege"

Its all one big cluster fuck and for this reason, people like trump. He's been consistent for decades just like the consitution has been consistent for hundreds of years now. Bless

I like it. I was a Democrat a while ago but that's because the Republicans were more neocons and I was not for getting into needless wars. That was the main reason I voted for Obama in 2008 as I thought he'd at least end the Bush wars, but nope he was even worse in that regard, which I didn't think possible. Then for 8 years I was disaffected and a Libertarian voter - including 2016. Not this time, if the Republicans become more like Trump I'll remain otherwise I'll become a Libertarian again.
