It would be a great idea to have the firms listed, and if they try to have a cut-out corporation to have the names of each person in the corporation listed.
The idea of the senate was to have a legislative body that represented the interest of states, (as opposed to the masses which are represented in the house). By having the senate elected by popular election, it basically turns it into just another popular representative body (no different than the house), and thus upsets the balance of power, drawing power away from the states into the federal government, and eventually devolving the federal government into a corrupt, quasi dictatorial scheme(deep state)
