There's also labs in China that will essentially synthesize whatever drug you want them to, so as long as one small piece of it is altered (from an already existing/scheduled drug), it's not technically illegal to then import it into the U.S (this is how all the fentalogues were getting in, and why there are so many benzo-derivative research chemicals)
