You might regret going so light on loaded AR mags when you need to fire that 1,051 round in a last minute emergency. 2,000 is 1,000. 1,000 is none. Stay safe Pede.
I was just joking. Loading up that many mags starts to enter Larping territory or just function as something to keep your fingers busy like a fidget spinner.
OP might have an inhome range so I’m not hating on it. Even cool if it’s just because he can.
Nah online prices even before Covid were stupid, LGS and I have become great friends over the years. As much money I’ve spent there...I might as well own stock lol
Imagine S finally hits the F and he realizes he loaded all the wrong caliber. It'd be like that Twilight Zone episode where the guy breaks his glasses.
Science. The springs being compressed constantly has no effect. Springs being compressed and decompressed constantly (overall usage) is what kills them.
Does that mean store fully empty or fully loaded but not half way? Or does that not matter either as long as is stored somewhere within normal operating condition?
You are probably right. I haven't been to any outside of the state gun rallies though so I wouldn't know either way. Well, if anything it was a reminder to renew my VCDL membership, it had expired on the first of the month.
Serious question - do you extract those magazines then reload them to make sure they keep the spring in good order? I have heard people say they do that, but with your collection, I wouldn't do it without an automated loading device.
Don’t worry about the springs bud, the constant compression of the spring does not effect it so storing loaded mags is not going to harm anything. Natural usage is what kills mags, the constant full to empty, reload, full to empty eventually kills it. Compression to decompression, over and over wears the spring out. Besides, empty mags get you clapped.
What are some good lights to use for gun safe/cabinet, I want something small, that turns off automatically and is easy to turn on and hopefully I never have to replace the battery.
What I have are the ‘Kuled 10-LED Motion Sensor stick on lights’ I got them in a 3 pack on Amazon for $20. Takes 4 AAA batteries. Motion sensor works great. Battery life is ehhh but I’m in and out my safe to much tbh and wanted something that if the power goes out I got lighting.
We certainly know where this guy stands on leaving Pmags loaded with no dust covers. For this madlad's sake I hope all the shit you read about split feed lips is just that, bullshit. I don't have nearly as many loaded magazines, make no mistake, but I split the difference (between the It's Totally Fine people and You're Fucked It Ruins Them people) by leaving mine loaded to 28, dust covers on.
Please, a man can only get so erect.
When a Democrat "man" can't get it up, he watches his wife get fucked by her boyfriend.
So that's where all the damn ammo is
Thought it was a vending machine for a brief second. Still not sure it's not.
Clearly the only correct answer!
I thought the same thing
Me too.
hhuuuuunnnnggggggggggg

If you need that many rounds then we’re not ready. An army is necessary. No single man is going to win a battle with 1k rounds
Battles are all about suppressive fire to pin your enemy down, why you reposition to flank him.
Basically, the one who runs out of ammo first loses.
Shout pew pew pew through a bullhorn and fire a real round every dozenth time

Agreed. I like to keep all but one magazine loaded. Because why not?
LOL. Back in 2019 you showed off your wealthy by having a big house or fancy cars. Nowadays you show off your wealth by having a lot of ammo on hand.
Wow that's impressive. Off to scream at the sky in jealousy 😂😂😂
This guy has more ammo than my local Bass Pro.
Bass Pro can suck my dick with their pricing if it’s in stock.
Do you buy online?
Nah online prices even before Covid were stupid, LGS and I have become great friends over the years. As much money I’ve spent there...I might as well own stock lol
I gotta disagree bud. That may be your situation and your LGS prices. But not my way.
There is never enough ammo.
Ammo yeah, but good Lord that’s a lot of loaded mags. Lol it’s a sight to behold
Imagine S finally hits the F and he realizes he loaded all the wrong caliber. It'd be like that Twilight Zone episode where the guy breaks his glasses.
I read that is not good to keep mags fully loaded for storage. This guy obviously disagrees. What’s the truth in that?
Science. The springs being compressed constantly has no effect. Springs being compressed and decompressed constantly (overall usage) is what kills them.
Can confirm
What brand of safe?
Does that mean store fully empty or fully loaded but not half way? Or does that not matter either as long as is stored somewhere within normal operating condition?
Good shit! Thanks a bundle!
What good will it do if you need them and theyre empty. Theyre not that expensive even if they did wear out quicker
Dad?
Your cucked governor just had a stroke seeing this.
I’m a biological woman and identify as such, and even I have an erection.
Virginia Pede?
The VCDL sticker gives it away.
Yeah, I couldn't make out the website at the bottom, wasn't sure if another state was using them.
Those orange GSL stickers are VCDL specific.
At least, I haven't seen anyone else use them.
You are probably right. I haven't been to any outside of the state gun rallies though so I wouldn't know either way. Well, if anything it was a reminder to renew my VCDL membership, it had expired on the first of the month.
Oh shit, those do lapse in October, don't they?
Thank you for the reminder.
I’ve gotten a couple over the years from gun shows but the one I kept on the safe wall is from the Richmond Rally. Good times
That was a cold, COLD day.
Great time, though.
Definitely was. Hand warmers saved me lol.
Yessir fren
Nice VCDL sticker. Got a few of those myself.

Ammo flex edition!
This right here is a proper Sunday GunDay post.
I hang my head in shame.
It looks like a gun fridge.
"Sir, cokes are in the fridge, right next to the 5.56."
That settles it. I'm buying a vending machine for my guns and ammo. 🤤
Outstanding.
Youre gonna need a bigger safe.
No lie. Working on that one currently lol. It’s become an addiction, I have a problem I know...
Envy
You are dangerously close to having enough ammo.
Them mags, damn

I hope you're my neighbor bc I dont have enough ammo
Democrats get mad because we talk about 9mm so much that they think we are bragging or something since they are way smaller than that!
Nice!!!
Taking in the fact ammo is scarce and if you do indeed find it, the price rapes me nowadays...
So Yes, I’m shooting far less that what I used to..my stock is my stock and I find happiness when I look at it.
I'm salivating.
(Walks in the door)🚪
Are ya winnin', sir? 👍
Who makes the safe? Looks nice and I need one.

It’s like anything man, one person says one thing, another opposes it. There all loaded to 28 but dust caps I don’t do.
At first I thought this was a vending machine and thought this is the most Mad Max shit I've ever seen
