Advice: save money and continue shooting what you have if you are tight on funds. Your 9mm shoots plenty good enough for self protection and a 22 is accurate as shit and shouldn’t be necessary (if you need long distance self protection shit has truly hit the fan).

You’re better off making sure you have ammo now and building an AR later down the road. Gun and ammo prices are fucked, so I would hope the trump train rolls through and wins and then you can upgrade your arsenal when the market eventually levels out. Better off having extra ammo and less guns than the other way around.

Yeah a .22 LR is the funnest thing to shoot at a range. Cheap ammo, no recoil and no noise and as accurate as the shooter is. I wanted to get into silhouette shooting comps before rona hit and screwed everything up.

I use foam ear plugs, they drop noise levels by 33 dB which is better than every set of ear phones I’ve seen at stores. They’re cheap as well. I have been using them with no issues other than not being able to hear what people say to me. I think that’sa fine trade off for better hearing protection.
