If you go with the fixed 10 round mag, it must be registered seperately and you can't quickly reload, including standard cap mags. No you still "register" the lower, but not as an assault weapon.
If you go with the fixed 10 round mag, it must be registered seperately and you can't quickly reload, including standard cap mags.
