It doesn't quite look called for but I do wonder what the context is.
On the other hand I have zero sympathy for the left and their supporters. They have crossed the Rubicon already believing that violence is acceptable whenever it serves them. Why should I be anything but apathetic when they get a taste of their own medicine?
As usual even people on the right who are violent are more civil and honourable. Rather than all pilling in when the guy is down still being restrained rather than all pouring in to get a piece like deranged chimpanzees.
I thought it looked uncalled for until I remembered the last 100+ days. Also, If this happened while Trump was in the hospital then it was even more justified.
