Defending the lawsuits using your money and then paying out any damages using...your money. Officials who overstep their bounds should be held PERSONALLY liable, both legally and financially, for their unconstitutional actions. That’s the only way to stop this shit in the future.
They're still going to roll federal tax revenue into their losses in some packaged bill because politicians are crooked. In the end, we're all still paying. Better to hold them personally responsible so it hurts them, not us.
