I was talking to my neighbor on Friday morning. She’s a teacher. She said that now that classes are remote she had more “free time” for things like going to the grocery store and Target. I didn’t say anything but let me see, so it’s ok for the grocery clerk or the store cashier to have you spittle throughout the store with a mask but...school’s are somehow different and inherently unsafe. The hypocrisy is so rich. Whatever happened to teachers are essential? I’ve been traveling to and from work since the beginning of the pandemic to my financial services job. So I guess I am essential as teachers and investors would be pissed if they couldn’t invest? It’s all crazy.
