One thing about lefties is that many of them believe that the rest of the world thinks like them and that republicans are like unicorns. From my experience, they are a lot more open about their political affiliation. They don't have to worry so much about the disrespect and pushback that republicans have to deal with, like constantly going on the defensive to break down the indoctrination. I've known a lot of people that just assume I think like them and start talking politics.
So true! These are my work mates attitudes for sure. Since we’ve been working from home, our team leader has been organizing these outside lunches (which I would so....rather not because they’re all such sticklers for the stupid mask rules and distancing it makes you wonder why we’re gathering at all.) Last week they just started venting about the debate in a way that I feel was inappropriate for work but obviously they just assume we all feel the same so it’s okay for them. It makes me loathe these gatherings.
I am used to it though, living where I do. As both a Christian and a conservative I’ve always felt like an outsider and I’m used to holding my tongue in professional settings. I know which battles to fight and which to just grin and bear it.
It's because retard shitlib leftist traitors continue this bullshit false narrative that "The left in America is to the right of Hitler in the rest of the world!"
