I figured! I live in the People’s Republic of Chicago and wear an American flag baseball cap around town all the time these days as my “on the down low” Trump/MAGA hat. Without a face diaper too...
I starting donning the cap sans mask to deliberately trigger the Karens around here, but to my surprise I’m also getting lots of smiles and occasional nods or thumbs up - presumably from other members of the silent majority who, like me, find themselves trapped here in CrazyTown.
I bet an American flag out front is also a subtle sign of a MAGA-friendly household. Amirite?
