Agreed. I don’t at all mind someone being gay, and have gay friends and family members. You do you. There is no longer a productive benefit to gay/lgbtqa*+ pride at this point though.

Here in the Bay when the supreme court legalized gay marriage, I happened to be at Dolores Park in SF. People were dressed up as cats and dogs, walking around naked, pooping and peeing in the street, exclusively wearing adult diapers filled with poop, and in general, doing all kinds of stupid shit that does not reflect well on anybody. Not a handful, but hundreds. The city was flooded with it, more than usual. ‘Pride’ at the moment seems to mostly be promoting stupid degenerate weirdos, not a mutual agreement that nobody cares if you’re gay. Nobody cares if you’re gay, or black, or want to be a panda bear, or whatever. Shut up about it already and be a respectable human being if you want anybody to give a damn about you. Or at the very least, don’t be a degenerate leechy professional victim weirdo with purple hair and dick piercings and tattoos up and down your neck and obesity. Weirdos are always fucking obese at this point.
