If a special surgery is being performed they can describe THE SURGERY. Never never never never can u ever discuss specifics regarding a specific patient. I'm so disgusted w this. All the public needs to know is that he is doing fine and resting comfortably. The rest is none of their business unless the President wants to tell them.
The man can't even be sick without the Democrats making an issue out of it. My husband would have had the reporters thrown out of the hospital. He did it once before when he had a "famous" patient. He thought they were intrusive jackals.

The problem is the more you tell them-- the more they can misinterpret either through stupidity or deliberately.
Given the current state of politics I'd go with the, "less is more" approach.
