No that's different. There's no systematic poor treatment of people with dark skin, but I'd say it's like being pale in the Western countries. As in if you are tanned, you have a job that allows you to have the free time to lay about in the sun. In India, if you are pale, you work in an office away from the sun and thus have a high paying job.
