It is not a standard practice to throw the dead in the river. Dead bodies do end up in the river but it is not a standard practice as you are making it to be. It is not a standard practice to dump toxic chemicals in drinking water sources, in US or in India, but they do end up there in some cases.

Pretty sure that whatever IQ test you are referring to, is not normalized to take people from the same economic background. For sure if you include starving poor into "average" for IQ while US has none, the actual score would drop down. Statistics are very specific about what they are saying, people just interpret however they want to interpret it.

The hierarchial caste system is kinda like the racial segregation system in US ... illegal and going away with time. India is decades behind the US in terms of education, standard of living, etc. etc. and this is not an exception. As a thumb rule, you can assume that India has as much of "hierarchial caste" system as US had a few decades ago.

The elites, anywhere in the world are doing what they can. US is no exception to that. India is no exception to that.

That being said ... there is no reason why you have such a poor opinion of India. The post itself is not derogatory to America or to Trump. You just found yourself an opportunity to say tangential, unrelated shit and you took that opportunity. Didn't you?
