They're not telling AMERICANS to avoid having children. They're telling WHITES to avoid having children.
The American nation is mostly white. Most nonwhites have not integrated into the American nation. A country and a nation are two different things. United States citizens are not all Americans.
Show me one single instance of the mainstream media, newspaper, magazine or entertainment program discouraging blacks from having more children. I haven't seen any.

It's a plot to create massive global poverty and famine to depopulate the earth. The global system would crumble without America and Europe and billions would perish because they consume more than they produce. They have to take out Europe and America before the dominoes can tumble.

The problem is that the west is suffering from an unpopulation problem. All population control programs continually hit the people who aren't having the problem.
Furthermore, the best thing for the world's population is more prosperity, not less. If people in impoverished nations didn't have to rely on their children in their retirement or as their insurance policy, they wouldn't have to have so many kids.
Each family needs about three kids. That's the correct number for population replacement. Have four kids to grow the population.
I think this is what Bill Gates did in India though. Wouldn't be surprised if he did it in Africa too.

I wouldn't say we need more people. These population numbers are going to cause staggering problems for Africa and India in the next few decades. Automation is supplanting the need for labor. Even the military is more about physical resources than manpower anymore. What would we give a billion Americans to do to stay productive? A robot-driven economy with a smaller population gives the highest possible per capita income.
The ghost of Thomas Malthus called. He said that the antiquated ideas you speak of with such stridency - well he learned things since he first proposed the world reached it population limit in 1790. He said that in retrospect, it's never the amount of people that is the problem, rather, it is the size and power of government. He said something that the only famines in the last 100 years have been induced, or at least exacerbated by the power of the state.
So that's one reason that I for one would love to see a people but have less government. People are more an opportunity than a problem.
But if push comes to shove, and we must limit the population, for our own good, you see, I suggest we start with those who, for whatever reason, believe they should be in the position to decide who should be allowed to live.
Malthus was speaking of starvation due to population outstripping resources. I don't doubt that we could keep a billion people alive in this country, but do we really want to? Think of the traffic, the lines literally everywhere, the masses of bored, unemployed young people sucking up welfare. Governments and bureaucracies get larger with population, not smaller. The goal of society shouldn't be to grow to the largest population it can just barely sustain; it should be to maximize the standard of living for the people who are here. Would you rather have a country with a billion people packed into high rises, or 200 million and everyone has a house, an acre, a nice car, and a boat?
I don't care what people do. Most people live likes shitheads and live pretty empty fucking lives. But that's their right.
I just know what I wouldn't do was attempt to put myself in the role of deciding who should be allowed to live and who should be allowed to die. The market seems to respond to market demand pretty well on its own.
As wealth increases birth rates crash as children become a luxury good, not a necessity we have see that crashing birthrates are a far better risk than a rising population as rising populations have only brought more prosperity.
Barely sustain? What does that mean? You understand hunger is wiped out. More people than ever ate well today. Ever. The poverty rate global - crashed. The world with more people has never been better off from any economic standpoint.

I know adding a bunch of unemployed people into society isn't going to increase productivity and sure as hell isn't going to increase per capita income. We are already making up bullshit jobs just to keep people busy - middle managers and administrative deans of whatever the fuck and HR managers to conduct sensitivity training. Last year when bars were still open I went to take a piss and some guy was sitting in there squirting soap into people's hands and handing them a paper towel. Why the hell the the economy decide that this is a job that needs to exist? I can wash my own hands, thank you!

Here's a hint: nobody decides how many jobs there are, or what should constitute a job or not. A job is simply the result of a voluntary transaction between individuals, in order to fulfill the unlimited human needs. Having more people does not mean having more unemployment.
You need to stop believing Marxists. In the 1960s they said that there would be famines and hundreds of millions dead due to "overpopulation". Well guess what? There's now many more people and much more resources, with fewer people starving or living under poverty line. That's because there isn't a fixed number of resources to go around.
