My advice is read the bible itself and get out in nature. I haven't read any theology books personally, just the bible. I've listened to 1,000s of hours of theology and sermons and stuff, so I know all the major themes well but it's hard for me to want to invest a lot of time in another man's interpretation of something unless I feel stuck on something and want to gain perspective - plus, like you mentioned, all the popular stuff seems to have new age/societal bs intertwined in it these days.
I was in a place similar to your rut a few weeks ago and then I saw a double rainbow over my backyard and after that I've been at peace. Seeing that type of beauty and power is a real reminder of our place.
