Don’t forget California’s jungle primary, which all but guarantees many districts will be a run-off between two Democrats, effectively removing all Republican representation. Hard to fight back when you don’t get a seat at the table, which is exactly what the Democrats want, and one of the main reasons California is so disproportionately blue, even in areas that are heavily Republican.
Repeal Prop 14 and return to a traditional two-party system, but good luck getting that done with a (D) supermajority. The way to take back the state is through federal immigration and voting reform, not to mention federal laws banning ballot harvesting. Make it as difficult as possible for Democrats to cheat, combined with a strong voter outreach/registration program, and slowly but surely Republicans will start to win back districts, which would at least provide some pushback to the madness the Democrats are currently running roughshod over the state.
I drove in a Trump parade this weekend, and only saw 4-5 haters, and hundreds of cars honking and giving thumbs up. A black dude waiting at a bus stop even produced a trump flag from his backpack and was waving it. Seems to be the same level of support here across all races. Tons of Hispanics are underground Trump supporters, and Californians in heneral are way more openly supportive this time around. Not saying it is going to flip, but people are slowly realizing dems suck.
This is at Main street pier in Huntington Beach, CA. HB is one of the red strongholds here in Orange County which is Trump country. The state is not flipping red right now... BUT we are headed in that direction for sure.

We have 10-15 million 'conservatives' but they're so spread out and outnumbered by the big cities like Montreal and Toronto and Vancouver that dispersed we don't stand a chance in elections. Only 4 out of 13 provinces have more than 1.2 Million people in the whole thing. (Ontario has 13 Million (6.1mm in Toronto, 1mm in Ottawa), Quebec 8 Million (4.2mm in Montreal alone)).
Best thing for us to do would be like you said, move to one area and flip it indefinitely in one direction and create a stronghold of our own. But we won't because we're typically rural and spread out with lives and capital investments.

Skeptical of it. If you look at the voter registration data you can see that democrat voters are swelling the ranks. The real question is how many of these democrat voters will actually vote. From my understanding voter registration is basically done at the DMV mandatory.

I was at Big Bear Lake this weekend. There was a Trump boat parade on Saturday. There was even a water skier with a Trump cape!
