Actually, it should be 5000 AU- D3 a day. That's the break even point in the body processes using D3.

I agree....

5000 per day is likely a better level... and the immune boost should be at saturation levels...

FYI to an PEDEs:

  • it can take sever weeks to get your blood concentrations to proper levels of Vti D....

4cham frenz have been talking about this for a long long time. I've been megadosing vitamin D for years with no negative effects.

Edit: I thought you said 500, oops. 5000 is a solid amount. I take between 5000-10,000 a day
