Sorry to be so off-topic but I always appreciate your common sense posts. My daughter wants me to leave the SC Lowcountry and move to Cary. I’m really reluctant. Cary seems pretty blue and multi-cultural. (Though my coastal home is fast losing its charm as the damn Yankees invade like locusts.) Thoughts? Why OH?
I lived in Jamestown, NC two decades ago and loved NC. The current political landscape there is shocking and I’ve really been paying attention to how governors handled things during wuflu. NC gets an F from me. I still feel pretty safe in SC being a gun-loving, Trump supporter. Though, sadly, that’s being slowly changed by the evil outsiders. Had to tell two employees in the library today to shut up badmouthing ‘right-wingers’ while praising John Lewis!! Jesus wept. Good luck in OH. I’m a native Alabamian and do not like cold!
