Mind blowing, if we have any Jewish pedes on here I would love to know why there seems to be a fucking chasm between the political mindset of non-american Jews V. American Jews.
Kinda Jew reporting in! It depends on what kinds of Jews you're comparing.
American Orthodox or Hasidic (the ultra orthodox you see dressing all conservative, mostly in New York) have political leanings much like those of Israelis/Worldwide Jews... ones that take into account the reality that the world is filled with people who want to eliminate Jews (read the Quran and see the opinion polls of 1 billion Muslims). As the name implies, they read their sacred texts and take them pretty literally and thus have relatively conservative values. Much harder for the insane liberal mind virus to take control when women have traditional roles in the community and gay/trannies are marginalized rather than idolized, for some very basic examples.
American Reform (aka progressive or liberal) Jews are almost always highly educated ivory tower types, fully indoctrinated by the college education system and generally living in rich city/suburbs where they are sheltered from the realities of the world, just like other rich liberals. There is often some cognitive dissonance afoot when you mention Isreal and the many atrocities Jews have faced over the years because all the liberal Jews I know are generally pretty supportive that I own a lot of guns... but seemingly don't want everybody to have that right... I'd also add that the religion itself has some tenants about improving the world and leaving it a better place before you die, thus progressivism gets an easy foothold.
That said, those are religious Jews and from what I've been able to tall most Jews in the USA are functionally nonreligious or religious in name only. Many (like me) are Jewish only reallllly by ethnicity (and I'm actually technically not a Jew because my father is a Jew but my mother is not and I've never gone through the whole process, although Isreal is happy to pay for me to visit free and Hitler would totally have gassed my ass).

Many of them foolishly think just because they as a group have control of Hollywood, the mainstream media, big tech, most major corporations, the MIC, the glowies, AIPAC, ADL, ACLU and the major banks, they think that increasing Muslim refugees will still work out perfectly for them.
