Though from my point in the parade it certainly seemed like it was a solid ring around the whole I275 loop.
It wasn't a single caravan, but dozens that began at various onramps around the 85 mile loop. It certainly seemed like it never ended because dozens of cars at a time were getting onto the highway at points all around it.
