Things are so much cheaper and cleaner on the outskirts. the outer edges of springfield/holland/sylvania area are still pretty nice but a lot of that area is going to complete shit.
Imagine if they were able to fill the entire 475/23/75 loop around the region...
Toledo, Rossford, Perrysburg, Maumee, Holland, Sylvania...
That area is ringed by red, all the suburbs except maybe Oregon/Northwood (just an extension of the east side) would come out and support it.
So many farmers with Trump flags if you drive further out.

I'm planning my next move to be my last move. Building a custom house out of shipping containers in an area that has pretty lax building codes.
Already own the land, for now it's just a camping/hunting spot, planning on breaking ground in the spring for the compound.
