Force a verification of every ballot. Double check with individual voters who they actually voted for. Every vote will be checked by three observers: republican, democrat, and independent.
You can't expect everyone to publicize who they voted for - that's part of the American election process. Sucks, but this is what they are trying to exploit - ballots turned in without a name/address, etc.

i think it may go to the Supreme Court to order states to stop counting ballots. That's why we need ACB on the court immediately.
