His strategy is so obvious.

  1. preface “questions” with false statements.
  2. If you try to tell him that’s not true he accuses you of not letting him ask his “question”
  3. In the event he asks a real question it’ll be one that leads the audience to a false conclusion.

The demagogues playbook ladies and gentlemen.

To add to point 2. If Trump attempted to correct him or defend against his lie, he interrupts Trump to deny his response, reassert his false claim again and waste Trump's allotted time to speak while blaming it all on Trump's continued interruptions!

He also made sure to jump in to move things away from Biden if Biden was tasked with answering a real question and had a dementia moment, or just couldn’t answer because the answer was bad, like with stacking the courts, Antifa, seemingly not one police union supporting him, etc.
