I stopped listening when the CDC did a 180 on mask wearing.
Since then there were times when the CDC did make announcements downplaying the severity of the virus (like the reduced fatality rate), but that doesn't mean I'm going to start listening to them again. At best I use what they say to tweak fearmongers who treat them as gospel.
they lost me when they swore masks work, but released violent criminals from jail bc "covid. if they work, the criminals could have stayed behind bars.
This has exposed that Our public health industry is very far behind in science, in engineering, in chemistry, and especially in math. It is like they revered back to the 1700’s.
