Maybe, yeah. If customers aren't allowed to do anything about the quality of the pizza, maybe the delivery boy getting his ass kicked will make him a little weary of delivering shitty pizza and the message will work it's way through the organization.
No, you just won't get a pizza and will get blacklisted from the restaurant and probably several others.
