Truth. It also affects female mate selection preferences. It causes women to prefer effeminate beta soy boys rather than the masculine traits they would normally prefer during ovulation when they are most fertile. It further causes them to prefer mates with similar immune genes (MHC) which is opposite of what they should be doing. What a great way to emasculate and screw up society; short circuit women's natural preference of mates. There is a large body of fascinating research out there, so don't just take my word for it...

I'd like a link to some evidence supporting these claims, because personally and anecdotally, I've never experienced any of this. My tastes in men, as a woman, have been exactly the same regardless of birth control use.

I bought a loaf if supposedly high quality bread the other day at the market, one of the ingredients is soy. Why is soy an ingredient in bread!?

Same reason high-fructose corn syrup is an ingredient in bread and everyfuckingthingelse, because it's cheap and has some use in the recipe

If you want good bread, go buy some artisanal stone-ground wheat with honey and oats stuff from your local artisanal bakery. I miss the days when I could walk past Clear Flour at 4am and pick up some of their just-baked cinnamon walnut rolls.

I haven't bought bread in years.. bread maker is pretty simple if you can use a measuring cup. Plus your house smells great. I pre-portion a bunch of loaves into baggies then add yeast and liquid and the bag contents and boom.

100% soy free.
