I was just in a work meeting when Trump walked out, one of the guys had his TV on and told us during the meeting. Instantly my TDS work colleague started saying that it’s all a lie, Trump never had the virus. I asked her do you really think all the doctors at Walter Reed are lying, and she said yes they’ve obviously been paid off. I told her she’s nuts.
I really like this person as a work colleague, but geez it’s hard to respect people who think like this. She still believes he’s a Russian puppet. She thinks the result of the Mueller report was that they found evidence of Russian collusion.
She uses a blanket of lies as a coping mechanism for all the winning we're doing.
I think that’s true - because the alternative would be to admit that both she and her husband have been completely wrong about pretty much everything for four years.

Typically for these people their entire self worth is wrapped up in the false sense of moral superiority they get from fighting for “social justice.” They have to rebuild their entire lives. That’s why the walkaway movement is so huge. It’s like leaving one of those Mormon cults or something

True. But I like this person, I’ve known her for about 15 years. She’s a nice person, and we agree on political issues except Trump. So the irony is that given her political views Trump IS her guy, she just can’t see it because her husband is from CA and has massive TDS. She actually doesn’t know much about politics - when I asked her who she wanted to win the Dem primaries, her answer was “Nancy Pelosi”..... 🤦🏻♀️

It’s funny - earlier this year I reckon she was coming around. But then the WuFlu hit and she’s been working from home since March. So instead of sharing an office with me and maybe hearing some different perspectives, she’s now at home with her husband who’s from California and only getting her information from TDS sources. Her TDS has become noticeably worse during that period.
