I don't think it matters. Whatever they've got him on at the debates makes him seem intelligent. I can't even believe I'm saying this but there are people who GENUINELY think he won that debate. A debate we thought he wouldn't even know where he was, it's insanity. What fucking drug is THAT strong?

but dialing it back 10% would have forced Joe to stretch the limits of whatever MK Ultra cocktail they have him on.
Overall, I think whatever trick the Dems are using is more likely to be a quick emergency fix than a long term threat. You can see in the later parts when it's wearing off that he gets cranky and can't defend Hunter.

I think he should've used the whisper technique like in the debate with Hillary. Just speak softly and sensually into the mic: "WRONG". Also laugh more and talk to the audience at home about how much of a fool Biden is. "You're gonna elect this guy?!"
Dexedrine in just the right dose will sharpen him up, and hold him there for just about 60-90 minutes. Too much, and then the emotions take over uncontrollably, and crying commences...and it's close between the two. I believe some of his down time prior to the debates was for titrating his dosage...
