This has been going on in my town for 20 years. The first thing they do is tear down the housing projects, which is where 95% of the crime is, and relocate the tenants into working class neighborhoods. Once that happens, the Dollar stores and Family Dollar stores slap their shithole stores up. Then all of the good businesses relocate, or go under. Then comes the litter, in what was once a nice place to live and raise a family. City quits mowing the grass on easements , medians and road sides. Property values hit rock bottom because no one wants to by a house with section 8 neighbors that don’t mow the yard, or clean a god damned thing. You can always tell when it is coming to a new neighborhood, because it will coincide with the building of a major shopping complex , in an area that working folks can not afford. Usually named “ The Shoppes at ( insert faggoty name here)”. I am in the process of leaving this shot hole of a city, though I will come back daily to ply my trade. I’m going to suck all of the money I can out of this town, and spend it elsewhere. Got a nice piece of land on the river with good neighbors that aren’t Democrats. Going to retire soon, and see about getting my pilots license for Helicopters. Going to spend my golden years giving free one way rides. ( Up only !!)
