If they're doing illegal and unconstitutional things (they are), imo he should be able to find SOME way to stop them since it's NOT their right to infringe on our rights.

But those "states rights" are infringing on the citizens constitutional rights and per the constitution is UNCONSTITUTIONAL so they can take their "states rights" and get fucked.
