Apparently the back story is that the people throwing the party didnt actually live in the complex. It's still a ridiculous display but it's more of a territorial dispute than a political statement
If you've ever lived in a neighborhood that is "diverse", you would know this instantly. I'll run it down:
Bitches think they're the absolute queen of the ground under their feet, no matter where those feet are at the moment. Normally they get held in check by other (read: sane) black women and men, but once they're in an environment where that natural balance doesn't exist, they tend to do stupid shit very easily.
I gotta add it's not just black women who act this way.
I lived in a diverse run down neighborhood in a famously shitty city for a long time. It just so happens the worst neighbors I had were a couple single moms (white ladies) who did shit more obnoxious than this before breakfast.
It could have just as easily been any shade of trash because imo skin color isnt a barrier to being a giant shithead. People who act like this are always stupid as hell though, that's a big factor.
It's not Springfield Flanders. Cops do not show up in places like this anymore because it's not in the budget, and they have a target on their back. I have witnessed this behavior in grade schools for decades. Few truths, and alot of fiction in the above post's. The most glaring facts are Texas, culture, and education.
If you or I tried to get rid of them this way, how do you think it would turn out? We would be forced to clean up the area and pay for their food and probably be charged with some sort of crime. That's why it has everything to do with politics.
