If you've ever lived in a neighborhood that is "diverse", you would know this instantly. I'll run it down:
Bitches think they're the absolute queen of the ground under their feet, no matter where those feet are at the moment. Normally they get held in check by other (read: sane) black women and men, but once they're in an environment where that natural balance doesn't exist, they tend to do stupid shit very easily.
I gotta add it's not just black women who act this way.
I lived in a diverse run down neighborhood in a famously shitty city for a long time. It just so happens the worst neighbors I had were a couple single moms (white ladies) who did shit more obnoxious than this before breakfast.
It could have just as easily been any shade of trash because imo skin color isnt a barrier to being a giant shithead. People who act like this are always stupid as hell though, that's a big factor.
