Tenure, having grad student TAs do most of your work, three months off in the summer & one in the winter, a schedule which has you teaching sometimes between 0 - 2 classes on a given weekday, and then there's sleeping with a never-ending fresh crop of grad students who nearly worship you - - and no one much cares because they're in their 20s - early 30s.
You left out so much sweet stuff.

Ummmm...I don't think I left that one out if you reread my post.
But YOU left out some sweet stuff. How bout : re-using your same lecture notes year after year - to save you the bother from preparing anything new ?
How bout coauthoring a paper with six other profs - so none of you has to do much work individually while everyone gets publishing credit ?
How about teaching students who behave well - even though in high school most of the "students" raise hell and create chaos every day ?
