For what it's worth, Megyn Kelly has a podcast now, and in a recent episode she talked about it. She felt no ill will towards President Trump and doesn't hold anything against him. If you watch the video from the Aug 2015 Republican Debate (the one you're talking about) she actually had a smile when he replied.
