Cost a fortune, but If you friend have any decent medical insurance, they'll either have to pay for it, or prove everyone you don't need those. He wins either way. Send kids to screwl in them moon suites and call the local news. That'll be hilarious.
I think he should stick to it and not allow the mask. If there's a real reason to not wear the mask then he will win. She would not win but there would be quite a fight ahead on that front.

Is the child asthmatic? Or autistic? If child is neurologically able to understand the issue, I would teach him or her to pull the mask down below nostrils. If the child is autistic or otherwise incapable of understanding- I would not be taping ANYTHING to his face. Can Dad take some time off work to be home to protect child (I’m assuming mom won’t).
