i think you are only responsible if you EDIT the content. If its a free speech platform, you are town square, not endorsing anything. Reddit, FB, Insta, Snap... all edit content, leave up some violent stuff, remove others. Clearly picking who says what when and where. Proviing they CAN monitor content if they wish, they just choose not to. so NOT a town square, but a business who picks what is said when. So if you leave illegal content up, its clearly because you WANTED it up. Like twitter does with ISIS violent videos, but will remove pro trump media.
Which sites will then follow? Only sites that can deal in manpower and legal power with people using them to spread criminals stuff.
