Yeah its fucked up these sickos are blatantly trying to incite violence against US officials - See James Hodgkinson for reference -- BUT I fear something like this would cause a greater impact debilitating free speech.
How many times have you said something out of spite about an actor/actress or whatever.
I think a full-blown appeal would hurt more than it would help honestly. Just look at UK -- people getting locked up for saying less.
Now imagine the Barry Soetoro type shake downs that could happen for some dumb shit said over the internet.
This could be a tactic more beneficial for the swamp just because I/we/you said some dumb ass shit over the internet.
I say let the SS continue investigating goblins.
However, if the repeal simply holds big tech responsible if any violence should occur, because some dumb ass thought some other dumb asses had the bright idea to burn loot and murder, then I'm all for that.
